We’re incredibly proud of our Ember Inns Pale Ale, brewed with award-winning Yorkshire brewery, Black Sheep. At a ‘sessionable’ strength of 3.8% ABV, our beautiful brew is both super quaffable and full of flavour.
So, whether you’re looking for a rewarding after work pint or something to accompany your Sunday Roast, our house ale is guaranteed to hit the spot.
Brewed with Fuggles and WGV hops, together with top quality Maris Otter British barley, our ale is wonderfully balanced delivering a fresh nose and a beautiful crisp, bitter finish. This house ale helps to create the perfect flavour in our Beef & Ember Inns Pale Ale Pie and we also use it in the batter for our Haddock & Chips.
We know what makes a quality ale, but we had to search long and hard for the right brewing partner to make our dream beer come to life.
Black Sheep’s brewing expertise and top quality brewing methods make them the perfect match. Every pint of Ember Inns Pale Ale begins its life at their esteemed brewery in Masham, North Yorkshire.
To make sure we created an ale that all beer drinkers would love, we enlisted the help of our own cask ale experts; our Cask Ambassadors. Every Ember Inn has its very own Cask Ambassador who is dedicated to ensuring each pint is poured to perfection – not a bad job to have!
Next time you visit us, make sure you check out our Ember Inns Pale Ale. We’re more than happy to let you ‘try before you buy’ because we’re confident that you’ll love it!
