Aperol Spritz Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ wine glass full of ice
  • 50ml Aperol
  • 50ml Prosecco
  • Dash of Soda
  • Wedge of fresh orange

Method

We’ve brought back one of our favourite summer tipples. The amazingly refreshing, Italian classic, Aperol Spritz is perfect relaxing drink during the summer heat. Best served in a wine glass, filled half way with ice, then add a 50ml measure of Aperol liqueur, fill with Prosecco, and add a dash of soda. For the final touch, garnish with a wedge of fresh orange, and… serve!

Pimm's Spritz Recipe

Ingredients

  • Half a glass of ice
  • 50ml Pimms
  • 50:50 Sparkling wine & Lemonade.
  • 2x sliced cucumber
  • Sprig of fresh mint

Method

Summer’s well and truly here, so why don’t you enjoy our delicious twist on the British summer classic — our very own Pimm’s Spritz! Not only is the Pimm’s Spritz superbly refreshing, it’s also very simple to make. Fill a glass halfway with ice, and add 50ml of Pimm’s, a few slices of cucumber, and top off the class with lemonade and sparkling wine. Garnish with a spring of fresh mint then it’s time to go outside and relax in the sun!

Tanqueray Strawberry Spritz

Ingredients

  • ½ wine glass full of ice
  • 25ml Tanqueray Gin
  • Strawberry, cucumber and mint cordial 50ml
  • Prosecco 25ml
  • 50ml lemonade
  • Cucumber and mint to garnish

Method

Our Tanqueray Strawberry Spritz is is without a doubt one of our favourite drinks of the whole summer, here’s how to make it at home. Fill a glass ½ full of ice, before adding 25ml of Tanqueray Gin, 25ml of Prosecco, followed by the strawberry, cucumber and mint cordial. Add your cucumber to the glass then top off with lemonade and a sprig of mint.
