Ember Inns work hard to bring you the widest possible selection of the 2,500 plus Cask Ales brewed in the UK each year so there is sure to be a cask conditioned brew you will love.
With so much choice, deciding which to drink can be a bit of a dilemma. To help ease the burden, we have launched a specially designed tasting rack that will allow you to sample three different ales in 1/3 pint glasses.

Choosing the right Cask Conditioned Ales to put in our new Three Brew Tasting Rack is important, so to help we have introduced Cyclops, a simplified version of traditional tasting notes.
