All the Beef Burgers in our Gourmet range are made with Mey Selections Beef, some of the finest beef from the highlands of Scotland.
Mey Selections is the brand name of products produced by Caithness farmers who work within a hundred miles of the Castle of Mey. They are so keen to maintain the quality that the beef in your burger can be traced back to an individual family farm.
