Ember Inns Collector’s Card Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion open to persons aged 18 or over and resident in England and Wales, excluding employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, their associated companies, agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. 
  3. To enter collect five stamps from a participating Ember Inns venue in England or Wales (Venue) on the promotional collector card available from that Venue (Card).  Collect one stamp for each pint of San Miguel purchased from the Venue between 1st September 2015 and 30th September 2015 (Promotional Period). 
  4. All stamps must be collected from, and Cards redeemed at, the same Venue. One stamp per person per Card per day - we ask that you drink responsibly.  Normal rules as to sale of drinks apply. 
  5. Once you have completed the Card fill in your personal details and exchange the Card at the Venue for a free pint of San Miguel. Your card will then be entered into a prize draw. Please do not attempt to redeem the Card other than at the relevant Venue or against any other products as refusal may cause embarrassment and/or delay.
  6. All completed Cards must be submitted, and the free pint claimed, before the end of the Promotional Period.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Cards that are lost for any reason. Forged, damaged, photocopied or altered Cards or stamps will not be accepted. 
  7. One entry per person. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
  8. There are 24 x San Miguel chalice glasses to be won at each Venue. 
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of at least equal value if circumstances make this necessary. 
  10. The winners will be the first 24 entries drawn at random from all eligible entries received in relation to each Venue by an independent person at the end of the Promotional Period. The draw will take place on the 1st October 2015, and winners will be contacted by 20th October 2015 using the details provided to enter the promotion. 
  11. Cards and the free pint are subject to availability.  There are 100 Cards per Venue.
  12. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  13. If a prize is declined, or a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, the prize will be forfeited and a supplementary winner may be drawn at the Promoter’s sole discretion.   
  14. The free pints and prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other alternative will be offered. 
  15. To obtain the names and counties of the winners of the prizes, please send a stamped SAE to Ember Inns Team, Ref: San Miguel Ltd Edition Glass competition, Mitchells & Butlers plc, 27 Fleet Street, Birmingham, B3 1JP within three months of the Closing Date. 
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms. 
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants from this promotion if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the promotion.
  18. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
  19. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  20. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify entries deemed to be non-compliant with these terms and conditions.
  21. This promotion and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

One stamp per person per Card per day.  Completed Cards can be exchanged for a free pint of San Miguel and will be entered into a prize draw to win a San Miguel chalice glass. There are 24 glasses to be won per Venue. All completed Cards must be submitted, and the free pint claimed, before the end of the Promotional Period.  One entry per person.
