Vote for Your Favourite Ale
If we haven't got your favourite Real Ale at the bar, at Ember Inns you can always vote to have it put on.
The more interest there is in any ale the more likely you are to see it on the bar, so don't delay; if the selection of Real Ales at your local Ember Inn has an important omission let the manager know and help him put things straight!
Cask Ale Choice
Ember Inns work hard to bring you the widest possible selection of the 2,500 plus Cask Ales brewed in the UK each year. Every Ember Inn has a regularly changing selection of Cask Conditioned Real Ale.
To make sure you get the opportunity to try a new beer you might have heard of, or to lobby to see your favourite Real Ale at the bar, simply ask one of our staff for their pubs monthly Cask Fresh leaflet, check out the selection and let the manager or one of the team know the Real Ales you would like.
The Democratic Process
The rules are simple; if any individual Real Ale receives enough interest we'll get it in for you.
If you are keen enough you can even ask your friends to pop in and talk to the team to further your cause. Ember Inns is all about getting you the best possible choice of Real Ales and our Cask Fresh system is just another example of the lengths we go to, to maintain our position as the best collection of Real Ale pubs in the UK.

Send us a quick email and tell us which ales you have tried, which you like best and why. We will put all entries into a draw for a chance to win a brewery tour.
