Our new Three Brew Tasting Rack will help you find the Real Ale you love.
To help maximise your enjoyment of our Real Ale selection we have introduced an innovative idea; A Three Brew Tasting Rack.

Ember Inns work hard to bring you the widest possible selection of the 2,500 plus Cask Ales brewed in the UK each year so there is sure to be a cask conditioned brew you will love.
With so much choice, deciding which to drink can be a bit of a dilemma. To help ease the burden, we have launched a specially designed tasting rack that will allow you to sample three different ales in 1/3 pint glasses.

Introducing Cyclops Tasting Notes
Choosing the right Cask Conditioned Ales to put in our new Three Brew Tasting Rack is important, so to help you we have introduced Cyclops, a simplified version of traditional tasting notes.
- Learn the colour, smell and taste of a Real Ale at a glance

- Helps you choose the Real Ales you will like most
CAMRA has given the majority of major ales a rating, so we hope that Cyclops will soon be helping you pick out the brews that tickle your taste buds and fill your tasting rack.
